Filene's Addition and Renovation, Milford, CT
Client: May Design and Construction Company
Description: The Filene's Milford Post Mall renovation consisted of approximately 150,000 s.f. of retail space on two-levels. Construction began in October 2004, all the while this occupied facility geared up for the holiday shopping season. As construction continued, a third floor addition added 75,000 of new retail space to the existing mall. Construction was completed in April 2006.

Construction Cost: $16,962,000

Marketplace at Branford, Branford, CT
Client: Fusco Shiller Branford Associates
Description: Conveniently located between I-95 and Route 1, this 70,000 s.f. center consists of a Super Stop & Shop and other tenants. Future development opportunities exist for this easy access, very busy retail center.
Architect: Lancaster Associates, Westport, CT
Construction Cost: $7,000,000

Marketplace at Hamden, Hamden, CT
Client: Stop and Shop Companies, Inc., Quincy Center, MA
Description: Located in the heart of Route 10 / Dixwell Avenue “Magic Mile” in Hamden, this 240,000 s.f., five-building retail center is home to Super Stop & Shop, Pier 1 Imports, Sears Hardware, Staples, TGI Fridays, TJ Maxx & More, and Old Navy. This project won the second annual Drinking Water Source Protection Business Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the New England Water Works Association. Fusco Corporation was cited for its state-of-the-art stormwater management system that treats runoff from the Marketplace and adjacent industrial park, protecting the water quality of the Mill River and Lake Whitney Reservoir, a public drinking water supply reservoir. Meriden Square Mall, Meriden, CT
Client: Homart Development Corporation, Chicago, IL/ May Company, St. Louis, MO
Description: This project entailed a 100,000 s.f. two-story addition to the existing mall, with balcony level shops and food court.
Architect: Carroll Associates, Palatine, IL
Construction Cost: $7,260,000

The Pavillions Mall at Buckland Hills, Manchester, CT
Client: Homart Development Corporation, Chicago, IL
Description: Set on 115 acres, this fully enclosed two-level regional shopping mall has one million s.f. and five anchor stores. There is surface parking for over 4,500 cars.
Architect: Cambridge Seven Associates, Cambridge, MA
Construction Cost: $23,000,000
