Adriaen's Landing: Front Street Garage, Hartford, CT
Client: State of Connecticut
Description: Fusco Corporation completed this 270,000-square-foot parking structure under
a design/build arrangement. The 6-level, 670-car garage is used in
conjunction with the existing Travelers parking garage and the planned
retail and residential units. Additionally, the structure includes a plaza.

Bridgeport Hospital Parking Structure and Lobby Addition, Bridgeport, CT
Client: Bridgeport Hospital
Description: This 900-car structure includes an enclosed pedestrian walkway over Grant Street and an atrium area, connecting the walkway to a new lobby. All renovation work was accomplished while maintaining the existing lobby and hospital access 24 hours a day.

Client: Champion International, Stamford, CT
Description: A full concrete frame garage with post tensioned floor slabs, this structure has the capacity to hold 1,000 cars. This unique parking garage also features a rooftop greenhouse and running track.

Long Wharf Maritime Center Parking Garage, New Haven, CT
Description: Work on this 1,800-car garage was done in two phases to accommodate parking for the two office buildings, totaling 700,000 s.f., built in 1985 and 1989.

New Haven Coliseum Garage, New Haven, CT
Client: New Haven Veterans Memorial Coliseum Authority, New Haven, CT
Description: This rehabilitation project involved extensive concrete work, consisting of removal and reconstruction of 800,000 s.f. of poured in place concrete. Protected by hung stagings, the public used this facility throughout the construction, except for three months when the roof was being removed.

Southern Connecticut State University Parking Garage, New Haven, CT
Client: State of Connecticut, Department of Public Works, Hartford, CT
Description: The new 200,000 s.f., 600-car parking garage is located at the north end of the Fitch Street campus. The design treats the garage as landscape and sculpture, defining a bold new entry to the University. The facade consists of a pattern of openings that create a more humane space in a style consistent with other campus buildings. This design/build project was fast tracked and completed in 10 months total time including design, approvals and construction.

Southern Connecticut State University West Campus Complex & Parking Garage, New Haven, CT
Client: State of Connecticut, Department of Public Works, Hartford, CT
Description: This project is a four-level, 455-car parking garage.
Construction of the garage was delayed to accommodate the school's parking
needs, yet despite the delay the entire project met its' August 2004
completion deadline.

Description: This 1,300-car parking garage is 700 feet long and required the use of 50,000 cubic yards of concrete and 5,000 tons of reinforcing steel.
