Goodwin Square, Hartford, CT
Client: Goodwin Square Associates, New Haven, CT
Description: Built in the Queen Anne style in 1881 as retail space and luxury residences, the former Goodwin Building also served as J.P. Morgan's offices. Located in the heart of the central business district in Hartford, the building was restored and renovated to create the Goodwin Hotel. This 126-room luxury hotel, which includes conference facilities, restaurant and lounge, has a five-story atrium finished in marble, brass and mahogany. Entire project included a 31-story office tower.

New Haven Hotel, New Haven, Connecticut
Client: Medical Hotel Associates, New Haven, CT
Description: Located in downtown New Haven, this seven-story, 117-room hotel is connected by a skywalk to the Downtown Health & Racquetball Club above the Temple Medical Center, where guests are offered full use of the health equipment and racquetball courts. Additional amenities include a recreational lap pool, heated therapeutic pool, banquet and meeting facilities, and a full service restaurant and lounge.
