FBI New Haven Field Office,

Client: General Services Administration, Boston, MA
Description: This new five-story building consists of 90,000 s.f. of highly specialized and secure office space. Constructed of brick veneer and structural steel, this design-build project includes such high technology areas such as polygraph rooms, photo labs, radio rooms and weapon storage rooms. The building has a two-level parking garage inside.

Fairfield County Courthouse, Bridgeport, CT
Client: State of Connecticut, Department of Public Works, Hartford, CT
Description: Flanked by an imposing grade-level plaza, this seven-story State courthouse complex is of structural steel frame construction with exterior walls of brick and limestone. Underground parking for 120 cars and the county Law Library are enclosed.

New Britain Superior Courthouse, New Britain, CT
Client: State of Connecticut, Department of Public Works, Hartford, CT
Description: A design/build project, done in the Federalist style of the late 19th century courthouses, with intricate exterior detail, the building blends with and compliments the existing cityscape. The six-level facility consists of 192,000 s.f. and is raised above street level to further distinguish and enhance the building's appearance.
