Services we are capable of providing include remote monitoring of HVAC and Fire/Life Safety and Security systems. Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM) Systems and database systems for Marketing, Lease and Facilities Administration and Accounting.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Our affiliate company, Fusco Corporation, provides complete construction management services, including estimating, scheduling, purchasing, project management, and field supervision. Years of successfully managing large scale real estate developments and complex construction projects has allowed Fusco Management Company to leverage the sophistication and capability of the Fusco Corporationís experience and personnel.

In addition to our base building construction, Fusco Corporation has completed well in excess of $100 million of Tenant Improvements over the last several years.

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND MANAGEMENT

Reporting, budgeting and accounting functions are coordinated and individually tailored to each ownerís requirements. Owner requirements for timely and specialized report formats are integrated by in-house staff using Timberline Property Management system and customized reporting software.
