Employees
Senior management and key employees each have over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and have an average of 20 years at Fusco Corporation. This means not only is there continuity of staff to successfully complete the projects we undertake, but that staff has successfully worked together on many projects, which fosters a cohesive project team.

Fusco's estimators have years of experience in the marketplace, which provides invaluable knowledge of current costs of material and labor. They augment this practical experience with the use of state-of-the-art estimating software programs.

Project managers are the driving force behind any project and serve as the pivotal communicator between the construction team and the client on all matters pertaining to the project. Our project managers have extensive construction experience managing many complex, multi-phased projects throughout Connecticut and New York.

Of utmost concern is on-site safety. Fusco adheres to a long-standing commitment to protect workers from personal injury and to protect clients against liability. Our safety officer inspects all projects for compliance. Regular training sessions are provided to ensure that field personnel understand and implement current safety standards and practices. All of Fusco's superintendents are OSHA certified and work aggressively to assure that all appropriate OSHA requirements and standards are being fully met. Fusco has received Awards of Merit from our insurance carrier, The Hartford, in recognition of outstanding achievement in accident control with an accident frequency rate and modification rate well below the construction industry average. As a result, we are proud of our excellent record, which contributes toward lower project costs.

Fusco's quality control team ensures complete compliance of workmanship and material standards for its projects. Fusco's Total Quality Management (TQM) program is implemented under the quality control manager's direction.
